Truck LiftsRotary Lift offers a complete line of truck lifts for the commercial and municipal truck and transit industries. Rotary's truck lifts are the acknowledged market leader for innovative design, quality construction, and comprehensive factory-authorized support. Rotary offers truck lifts for everything from pick-up trucks to the heaviest concrete trucks and buses. Rotary makes inground truck lifts, surface mount truck lifts, portable truck lifts, and even special truck lifts for pit applications. For your convenience, here is a link to Rotary's truck lifts. In-ground truck lifts have long been the standard configuration for heavy-duty service facilities. When inground truck lifts are in the down position they are out of the way and out of sight, plus the axle-engaging design frees the wheels for service. Rotary has recently introduced a new series of inground lifts called MOD30. The MOD30 design uses a modular steel containment system that significantly streamlines the installation process, decreases installation cost, and better protects the environment from oil contamination. The MOD30 truck lifts can be ordered with capacities from 60,000 lbs. to 90,000 lbs. Rotary also offers conventional design inground hoists with capacities beginning at 13,000 lbs. For the convenience and speed of drive-on service work, Rotary builds parallelogram hoists in lengths from 26' to 56', and lifting capacities from 25,000 lbs. to 130,000 lbs. Parallelogram lifts can be mounted on an existing floor, or they can be recessed flush into the floor. Many service facilities find the versatility of portable lifts to be beneficial. This wheel-engaging lifting system features four (or six) portable columns, linked by a common control mechanism. The lifting columns are wheeled to the vehicle (even outdoors if the surface is sufficiently solid), then connected together via control cables. The system can lift a vehicle to a full 67” working height. As an added benefit, once the vehicle is lifted, it can be supported on a set of heavy-duty tripod stand (available from Rotary) and the portable hoists can be moved for use on another vehicle. Rotary also offers a line of portable air powered lifts for lifting one end of the vehicle to a height of 24”. This air system is an ideal replacement for floor jacks or wooden blocks. For vehicles in the 15,000 lb. to 30,000 lb. range, one of Rotary's two-post or four-post lifts are a good choice. The two-post is available up to 18,000 lbs. with a 89.5” rise, and the four-post can lift up to 30,000 lbs. and handle wheelbases to 307”. In addition to truck lifts, Rotary also manufactures a complete line of automotive service lifts and productivity tools. Additional tools include transmission jacks, wheel lifts, tire inflation devices, hose reels, tool trays and rack, and a wide range of adapters to maximize the utility of the lift products. Rotary also provides its customers with the largest nationwide network of factory-authorized installers and service technicians. |
