Hydraulic Lifts

Hydraulic lifts by Rotary are used by more professional technicians than any other brand of hydraulic lifts on the market. Rotary invented and built the first hydraulic lifts all the way back in 1925, and today they are producing the most technologically advanced hydraulic lifts available. It's safe to say that if it goes on the road today, there's a Rotary hydraulic lift to service it, from motorcycles to cars to the heaviest trucks. For your convenience, here is a link to Rotary Lift's hydraulic lifts.

The Rotary line up of hydraulic lifts for the automotive service industry includes the very popular two-post lift, four-post hydraulic lifts, modern inground hydraulic lifts, scissor-style hydraulic lifts, and low/mid-rise hydraulic lifts for detailing, wheel-work, and other tasks where a comfortable vehicle height improves technician comfort and productivity. Every lift Rotary builds for this demanding industry is tested for strength and safety by the Automotive Lift Institutes's third-party testing organization, ETL.

In addition to hydraulic lifts for the automotive segment, Rotary also offers a complete line of products for the heavy-duty commercial truck and transport customer. These include axle-engaging inground lifts, parallelogram lifts, mobile wheel-engaging lifts, plus high capacity variants of the two-post and four-post lifts. Rotary also sells a hydraulic lift that works with service pits, allowing the vehicle's wheels to be raised off the ground for servicing.

For the home auto enthusiast, weekend mechanic, or car collector, Rotary markets a special four-post hydraulic lift under the Revolution brand name. This lift has a 7,000 lb. capacity to handle virtually any car or light truck, and it's built to the same exacting commercial standards as the lifts Rotary sells to shops and service facilities.

Rotary's newest line of hydraulic lifts are named the Vehicle Storage System, intended to create additional parking in areas where space is at a premium. Typical customers for this product include parking companies, hospitals, airports, college campuses, downtown retail businesses, car dealerships and service facilities. The Vehicle Storage System lift is a special two-post model built for continuous outdoor service. Special features include a solid platform that eliminates drips and dirt on the lower vehicle, plus the lifts can be “ganged” together with a shared common column for space efficiency. Also, multiple ganged lifts can be operated by a single power unit, further enhancing efficiency of the system.

While hydraulic lifts were Rotary's first product and continue to be the leading focus, their experience with the service industry has led to a number of high quality tools and accessories to improve the productivity and speed of the technicians. These include transmission jacks for handling heavy sub-components, battery-powered wheel lifts for handling today's heavy wheel assemblies, highly accurate and easy-to-use tire inflation devices, and various adapters and tool holders to make the workplace more efficient.

Rotary hydraulic lifts are installed and serviced by the largest factory-authorized technician network in the country. When you combine the quality and the selection, it's no wonder Rotary is the first choice for service bay productivity tools.
